Last September The Crossing staff explored the Canadian Wilderness. A short helicopter flight from Canmore saw us on top of a mountain taking in a spectacular view of the surrounding peaks and valleys. The wind was howling and almost blew us off the mountain side, but we managed to stay firmly grounded. After a short hike to the top of the ridge we descended into a wonderful meadow for some lunch and a nap in the sun. A midafternoon heli pick up got us safely back to Canmore.
For many of The Crossing staff this was their first helicopter flight, and their first time hiking in these incredible mountains we call the “Canadian Rocky Mountains”. Needless to say everyone had a wonderful day … until the next time.
